Part of the TOUCAN research programme will be conducted at the Institute for Digital Communications (IDCOM) in the School of Engineering at the University of Edinburgh.
IDCOM is internationally renowned for its contributions to signal processing and wireless communications. IDCOM is part of a Joint Research Institute (JRI) with Heriot-Watt, and academics from this JRI have recently secured an EPSRC platform grant in Digital Signal Processing (EP/J015180/1), plus a programme grant as part of a strategic partnership between DSTL and EPSRC (EP/K014277/1).
